Description
The Weaver / Textile Loom Operator will set up, operate, and monitor weaving machines; ensure uninterrupted production; troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform simple maintenance; check fabric quality; document production and quality data; prepare yarns and materials; and comply with quality, safety, and production requirements. The role requires weaving or textile production training, preferably experience, technical understanding of production systems, a careful and quality-oriented approach, teamwork, reliability, and willingness to work shifts.
