Description
The Weaving Mill Operator will operate modern looms in a weaving mill producing technical fabrics for protection, transport, and construction sectors. Responsibilities include monitoring product quality, adjusting machines, repairing warp and weft thread breaks, replenishing weft bobbins, and consulting with team leadership. The role requires technical interest or relevant weaving-mill experience, Dutch proficiency, punctuality, motivation, teamwork, and a commitment to quality, safety, order, and cleanliness. It is a full-time, two-shift position with specified Monday–Thursday and Friday schedules, including fringe benefits such as meal vouchers, a shift premium, a 13th-month salary, hospitalization insurance, and bicycle leasing.
