The role manages incidents, changes, web applications, SaaS and cloud services, security, monitoring, documentation, training, and IT projects, with responsibilities spanning Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace, Zoom, Okta, CMS, and other enterprise applications. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, four years of relevant experience, and offers a CSU salary range of $7,284 to $10,611 per month.
