Description
The Gulf of Maine Research Institute is hiring a Web Developer I to support and develop web-based software and tools for ocean observing, marine science, fisheries, climate, and environmental data. The full-time regular position is based on-site in Portland, Maine, with flexibility for hybrid work, and reports to the ODP Program Director. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least three years of consumer-facing web application development, and proficiency with web frameworks, databases, APIs, cloud environments, and related technologies.
