Description
The Web Consultant will serve as the primary contact for customers implementing and supporting web-shop solutions for the steel industry. Responsibilities include presenting web solutions, analyzing and documenting business processes, installing and configuring software on-site or remotely, conducting training and commissioning support, and optimizing existing customer processes. The role requires vocational training or a degree, database knowledge, strong IT skills, initial experience with PHP, Symfony, and JavaScript, customer orientation, initiative, and willingness to travel; German and English skills are required.
