The role requires production-quality Next.js, React, and Tailwind development, strong visual and copy skills, PostHog experimentation, AI feature development, SEO and performance expertise, and Figma proficiency. The engineer will collaborate with Growth, Design, Product, and Engineering to turn business goals into high-converting web experiences.
