Description

Candescent is hiring a Web Developer to build, maintain, and improve a marketing website from an India office. The role focuses on Webflow development, CMS and responsive design, Marketo integration, tracking and analytics, SEO, performance optimization, and A/B testing. The developer will collaborate with marketing, design, and project stakeholders and work under the direction of a senior web developer in India, with scheduled overlap with United States business hours.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3–5 years of experience building and maintaining websites, including hands-on Webflow development across Designer and CMS.
Experience integrating and troubleshooting Marketo or a comparable marketing automation platform for forms and tracking on a website.
Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser and device testing.
Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals as they relate to site markup and structure.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Design, or a related field; equivalent professional experience and a portfolio of live sites will be considered.
Experience implementing tracking and analytics tags such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Experience with other no-code or low-code website platforms and content management systems.
Familiarity with version control such as Git for custom code embeds.
Basic experience with A/B testing tools.
Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet or Jira.
Experience supporting financial services, technology, B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software brands.
Experience collaborating across geographies and time zones.
