The role requires 2–4 years of professional web development experience, hands-on experience with both platforms, proficiency in HTML, CSS, responsive design, JavaScript, accessibility, and troubleshooting, plus the ability to estimate scope and use AI-assisted development tools. The developer will collaborate with designers, account managers, and other team members and may grow into a Senior Web Developer role with expanded platform scope and mentorship opportunities.
