Leland is seeking an experienced Web Development Coach to teach students and professionals core web development skills, including frontend and backend development, responsive design, and web performance optimization. The coach will also support career development through resume, cover letter, LinkedIn, behavioral, and technical interview preparation, salary negotiation, promotion and networking strategy, and freelancing guidance. The role is virtual, allows coaches to set their own hours and rates, and requires professional web development experience, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a structured approach to explaining complex technical concepts.
