Required Previous Experiences: Web marketing experience covering challenge identification, KPI and measurement design, hypothesis validation, and end-to-end improvement cycles
Experience improving websites and digital services through GA4 analysis and Figma UI/information design
Web direction experience involving cross-functional stakeholders and institutionalizing initiatives
Experience incorporating AI tools for analysis, planning, and work efficiency
Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading continuous hypothesis validation and service improvement in LPO, CRO, growth marketing, or service design
Experience with GA4, GTM, SQL, BI tools, AppsFlyer, and A/B testing
Experience improving user experience through UI/UX, user research, customer journeys, and information architecture
Experience translating business and marketing challenges into system and implementation requirements with development teams
Experience in SEO, content marketing, or operating and improving large-scale, high-traffic sites
