Homes Alive is hiring a part-time Web Guest Service Representative in Edmonton to provide customer service for online orders through phone, email, and website chat. The role handles customer inquiries, returns, exchanges, order tracking, store assignments, POS work orders, product reviews, and courier claims, while also supporting Web Operations. Candidates should have 1–2 years of grocery or retail experience; website management experience is an asset.
