The role involves assisting with press setup, make-readies, changeovers, production monitoring, quality inspection, ink and paper management, minor troubleshooting, housekeeping, preventive maintenance, documentation, and communication with press and maintenance teams. The position requires prior web press operation experience, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, teamwork, and availability for overtime, weekends, and various shifts.
