Citizens is hiring a Web Strategy Manager to lead a team responsible for defining and executing enterprise web strategy across customer journeys. The role blends analytics, experience design, content architecture, and business strategy to improve discoverability, CRO performance, and alignment with customer intent, including in AI-driven discovery environments. The manager will partner closely with marketing, growth, technology, compliance, and business leaders while managing a team of web and CRO strategists from an office-based hybrid schedule in Boston, New York, Westwood, or Johnston.
