Description
OKX is hiring a Web3 Product Manager to own and iterate rewards and incentive growth products, build and scale an on-chain prediction market, identify crypto market opportunities, and drive growth in X Layer TVL and trading volume. The role includes product planning, research, data analysis, user research, R&D reviews, development coordination, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization. Candidates should be fluent in English, proficient with AI tools, data-driven, knowledgeable about crypto/Web3/DeFi, and able to take ownership from strategy through launch and iteration.
