Horizon3 is hiring a Senior/Staff Offensive Security Software Engineer to design, develop, and integrate web application penetration testing content into its NodeZero platform. The role combines full-scope web application testing, manual validation of edge cases, exploit development, product improvement, regression testing, customer and stakeholder communication, and mentorship. Candidates need extensive web application penetration testing experience, proxy and browser development tool expertise, object-oriented programming and test-driven development skills, AI-assisted security research experience, and a record of recognized security research or bug bounty contributions. The position offers a hybrid and remote work model, health, vision, and dental insurance, equity, and a base salary of $196,000–$242,000.
