NeoWork is hiring a Webflow Developer to own and maintain the company’s web presence and support client-facing marketing sites. The role covers building responsive Webflow sites from design files, managing site architecture and CMS, optimizing for performance and SEO, implementing custom interactions and code, integrating third-party tools, troubleshooting, managing staging and publishing workflows, and maintaining reusable components. The position requires at least four years of Webflow production-site experience, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills, a portfolio of live projects, and strong communication and project-management abilities. It is a 100% home-based contractor role with health insurance, holiday extra pay, performance-based incentives, and a salary of up to $3,000 USD per month.
