gFiber is hiring a full-time Webpass Construction Technician to build, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain its network. The role involves installing and testing copper and fiber cabling, making cross connects, mounting networking equipment, pointing microwave radios, conducting site surveys, and providing after-hours emergency response. Applicants need at least one year of structured-cabling and copper-networking experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in telecommunications closets and lift up to 25 pounds; fiber, mmWave, and networking-troubleshooting experience are preferred. The US base hourly range is $22.55–$27.40 plus bonus and benefits, and the role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
