Pavago is hiring a full-time, fully remote Website Designer to create modern, responsive, and conversion-focused websites from concept through launch and ongoing maintenance. The role combines visual design, user experience, CMS development, front-end implementation, performance optimization, SEO, accessibility, testing, and collaboration with marketing, content, branding, and development teams. Candidates need at least two years of professional website design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace, HTML, CSS, and responsive design. Preferred locations include LATAM, South Africa, Pakistan, and Eastern Europe, with U.S. client business hours.
