The role combines UX/UI design with CMS development across WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, or Shopify, along with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SEO, performance optimization, accessibility, testing, and maintenance. Candidates need at least two years of professional website design experience, a strong portfolio, proficiency with design and CMS tools, and comfort collaborating during U.S. business hours.
