Wellhub is hiring a Website Experience Sr. Director in Marketing Operations to lead the evolution of its website into an agentic AI-driven experience. The role owns the website roadmap, conversion optimization, performance measurement, design and UX systems, AI personalization, experimentation, and technology procurement, while leading product managers, UX designers, web analytics, and developers. It requires at least eight years of digital or website leadership experience, including hands-on experimentation and agentic AI application, and is available in Brazil or the United States with remote work accepted. The disclosed annual base salary range is $155,000–$193,000 USD for the listed United States locations.
