Wing Assistant is hiring a full-time, fully remote Web Growth Specialist to build, optimize, and scale its website and landing pages. The role owns WordPress and Elementor page production, Figma design implementation, conversion-rate testing, GA4 and Google Tag Manager tracking, QA, and cross-functional collaboration with Creative, SEO, and Marketing Ops. It requires 4–7+ years of experience owning web presences or CRO for a high-growth SaaS or services brand, along with WordPress, Figma, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge. The position offers a CAD 110,000–135,000 annual salary, performance-based bonuses, health insurance, and remote-first benefits.
