The role collaborates with culinary, events, rooms, and other operational teams to deliver personalized celebrations that reflect the Fairmont brand and exceed guest expectations. It requires strong communication, organization, project management, multitasking, Microsoft Office proficiency, and fluent Japanese; prior wedding, event, or luxury hospitality experience is preferred, along with English communication skills.
