Tidalwave is hiring an E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate in Chattanooga, Tennessee, to pick, pack, verify, label, and ship customer orders in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment. The role also includes quality control, inventory support, warehouse-system updates, safety and standard operating procedure compliance, and collaboration with fulfillment, print, logistics, and customer support teams. The position requires attention to detail, accuracy, physical ability to work throughout the warehouse and lift up to 40–50 pounds, and may require overtime or flexible scheduling during peak seasons.
