AFL is hiring an Operations Lead to oversee the operation of production lines in its manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for production, quality, EHS metrics, line layout, personnel management, equipment use, continuous improvement, new-product support, and compliance with TL9000 and ISO14000 certifications. Candidates should have a professional degree, preferably completed engineering, English B2 proficiency, and at least five years of experience in a similar position, with manufacturing, fiber-optic, lean, problem-solving, and quality-control experience preferred or required.
