Description
Reserve Care is hiring an On-Call Registered Nurse to provide after-hours, typically urgent, skilled nursing care to hospice patients and families in their residences. The role includes assessing physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs; managing pain and symptoms; coordinating with physicians; providing education and emotional support; documenting care; and making visits at the time of death. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., with RN triage coverage as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent and an Ohio RN license are required; a nursing bachelor's degree and experience in pain and symptom management, oncology, or mental health are preferred.
