Description
The Maintenance Technician maintains and repairs industrial equipment to support production, including inspecting and monitoring equipment, diagnosing breakdowns, applying maintenance priorities, reporting work through CMMS and logs, ensuring safety, coordinating with external service providers, organizing the maintenance workshop, training new arrivals, advising on technical solutions, integrating new equipment, improving existing equipment, and supporting the Maintenance Coordinator. The role is based in Dives-sur-Mer (14), requires weekend work, and calls for maintenance experience or a two-year post-secondary diploma, relevant authorizations, problem-solving knowledge, CMMS and priority-management skills, and adaptability.
