Description
The Lake Superior YMCA is hiring a part-time Member Services Representative to provide front-desk and phone service to members, guests, and program participants; interview and sell memberships; complete merchandise sales; resolve membership concerns; and maintain lobby cleanliness. The role primarily covers Friday-Sunday shifts, reports to the Membership Experience Director, and requires customer service or sales experience, basic computer knowledge, and CPR/First Aid and AED certification within 60 days.
