Alta Forest Products is hiring a full-time Millwright for its Naples, Idaho sawmill. The role maintains and repairs machinery, performs preventative maintenance, completes welding and carpentry as needed, reads blueprints, assembles and aligns equipment, and supports larger mill projects. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, and have related education or work experience. The position pays $32.02–$39.25 per hour depending on experience, with a $1.50 per hour shift differential for swing, graveyard, and weekend shifts, plus a $2,000 hiring bonus paid after 90 days of employment.
