Description
AstenJohnson is hiring a Weekend Operator for its Waco plant to set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery such as slitters, roll formers, and unwind stations, while also handling material handling, inspections, paperwork, minor maintenance, and safety duties. The role supports continuous weekend production, may back up a senior operator, and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of machine-operator experience, and relevant certifications. The schedule is Thursday through Monday with day and night shifts, and the position reports to the Production Team Leader.
