Description
The Level 1 Packaging and Shipping Associate performs unracking, unmasking, solvent cleaning, painting, oven operation, crate handling, and packaging of parts for Orizon Aerostructures. The role supports production throughput, quality nonconformance review, corrective actions, customer shipment communication, continuous improvement, and departmental efficiency, while working overtime, weekends, and other assigned duties. Previous packaging and shipping experience is preferred, along with extended-hours, quality-troubleshooting, teamwork, attention to detail, work-instruction, and change-management experience; a high school diploma, GED, or demonstrated basic written, reading, verbal, and math skills are required.
