Description
The Resin and Varnish Production Control Operator oversees and monitors resin and varnish production from the control room, starting scheduled runs, performing pre-startup checks, monitoring process parameters, conducting quality inspections, and coordinating raw materials and finished-product shipments. The role also supports on-site manufacturing, HSE compliance, continuous improvement, facility cleanliness, and first-level maintenance. It requires vocational or post-secondary technical education in industrial processes, chemistry, process engineering, or an equivalent field, initial industrial experience, and strong safety, analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills. The position is a permanent weekend part-time contract.
