Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is hiring a Weekend Production Trainer for its El Paso, Texas manufacturing team. The role supports site-wide production training, on-the-job and classroom training, hiring and onboarding, cross-training, training records, training content, compliance, and continuous improvement. The position works Friday through Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:45 p.m., pays $22.36 per hour plus a $2 shift differential, and is eligible for a variable incentive plan. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of manufacturing or warehouse experience, and at least six months of production training experience; Microsoft Office and additional manufacturing or on-the-job training experience are preferred. The position does not offer relocation or immigration sponsorship.
