Jill’s House is hiring a full-time, salaried, exempt Program Manager in Tysons, Virginia to lead and oversee its weekend program for individuals with intellectual disabilities. The role supervises and develops Direct Support Professionals, supports person-centered care and behavior support, coordinates with internal teams, and leads staff development and program improvement. Candidates need experience with children or adults with disabilities, behavior support and person-centered care, supervisory experience, and at least one year in a leadership or management role, along with the specified education or residential experience.
