The Greens at Lincolnton is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to lead nursing operations during weekend shifts. This role involves supervising nursing staff, overseeing medication administration, treatments, and assessments, ensuring adherence to care plans, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders. The supervisor will also monitor resident condition changes, assist with admissions/transfers, promote teamwork, and ensure regulatory compliance. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available.
