The Greens at Lincolnton is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts. This role involves supervising nursing staff, overseeing medication administration, treatments, assessments, and clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to care plans and physician orders, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders. The supervisor will also monitor resident condition changes, assist with admissions/transfers, promote teamwork, and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations.
