Description
The Production Machine Operator will train and sign off new production associates, coordinate with shift coordinators, and operate, adjust, change-over, maintain, set up, and troubleshoot multiple machines. The role also includes loading and unloading, quality checks, confined-space work, 5S, and communication with planning, manufacturing engineering, and quality departments. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of metalworking manufacturing experience, HMI/CNC and robot experience, shift flexibility, and the ability to stand and move for 8–12 hours.
