The Machine Operator I performs machine setup, operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, material handling, quality inspections, and paperwork in a manufacturing work center. The role reports to a Production Supervisor, requires no formal education or prior experience, and includes physical demands such as standing for 10+ hours, walking, lifting 30–50 pounds, and using hand tools. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, six months of relevant experience, metric-to-standard conversion ability, Microsoft Office proficiency, and ERP manufacturing software knowledge.
