Diageo is hiring a Weekend Shift Manager for its Shieldhall packaging site in Glasgow. The role leads approximately 40 people across packaging team leaders, equipment owners, operators, and engineers during the Friday–Sunday shift, with a Monday handover and flexibility to work weekdays as needed. Responsibilities include operational leadership, team development, continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, change management, safety leadership, and supporting the strategic liquid-packaging growth plan. The position is full-time and permanent, with an application deadline of 16 October 2026.
