Oswego County Opportunities, Inc. is hiring part-time Youth Shelter Specialists to provide substitute coverage on an as-needed basis. The role supports homeless or crisis-experiencing youth through counseling, crisis intervention, resource coordination, shelter safety, assessments, transportation, activities, data entry, and housekeeping. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, at least 12 months of related human services experience, a valid New York State driver’s license, reliable insured transportation, and the ability to complete required training and attend meetings. The pay rate is $18.18 to $22.45.
