Description
The Aquatics Supervisor manages and trains Aquatics Department Team Members, supports members in recreational and lap swimming, responds to member inquiries, maintains programming quality, promotes swim programs, and ensures safe, clean, and orderly facilities. The role requires swimming, treading water, lifting, customer service, coaching or swim-instructor, lifeguarding, and supervisory experience, along with StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid certification. It is an hourly position paying $15.50 to $18.50, with benefits including a subsidized membership, discounts, retirement matching, and for full-time members, medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
