Sabine Lechler GmbH is seeking a WEG Accountant for a full-time direct-placement role with a mid-sized housing-company client in Erlangen. The position handles ongoing bookkeeping for homeowners’ associations, service charge statements, budgets, payments, bank accounts, reconciliations, debt collection, ownership changes, and communication with owners and advisory board members. Candidates need completed commercial training, bookkeeping experience with WEG, numerical aptitude, and proficiency with Word and Excel; experience with Haus Perfekt, Giese and Partner, or similar software is preferred.
