Adelhardt Property Management is hiring a WEG manager to independently manage a fixed portfolio of homeowners’ associations in Aachen-Richterich. The role covers owners’ meetings, resolution implementation, owner and authority communication, maintenance coordination, quotations and contracts, property inspections, budgeting, legal compliance, invoice approvals, and insurance claims. Candidates should have commercial property-management training, ideally WEG-management experience, knowledge of the German Condominium Act, strong communication and negotiation skills, and very good German.
