Weighbridge Operator – Operations and Weighing – Mining – Affirmative Action Position for Women at Vale

Vale is hiring one Scale Operator for its Capanema Mining Area in Ouro Preto, Minas Gerais. The role involves weighing raw materials, products, by-products, and goods; checking vehicle invoices against recorded weights; operating site scales; monitoring truck loading and unloading; inspecting equipment, instruments, trucks, and routes; classifying products; conducting 5S inspections; and maintaining facilities and equipment. The position is on an indefinite contract with a night 2-on/2-off rotation from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., requires completed high school and basic Office Suite knowledge, and is open to applicants residing in specified communities. SAP knowledge and a Category D driver’s license are preferred.
