The Asphalt Weighmaster operates automated truck scales and proprietary software to weigh asphalt and aggregate products, tickets customer and internal vehicles, verifies DOT weight compliance, coordinates loading with plant operators and loaders, manages yard traffic, answers customer inquiries, processes sales, resolves discrepancies, maintains records, and administers safety orientation. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of relevant asphalt or construction experience, scale familiarity, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. The hiring range is $25–$30 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits for full-time employees.
