Portico is hiring a Welcome Host to manage the front-of-house experience at the ground-floor reception of a multi-occupied building in the city. The role welcomes occupiers, visitors, and guests; responds to enquiries; builds relationships; supports building management; and uses mobile technology to deliver a consistent, customer-focused service. The position offers a salary of £35,942, 40 hours per week, and shifts from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with benefits including holiday allowance, pension contributions, life insurance, enhanced annual leave, and employee benefits.
