Hennepin Healthcare is hiring a casual Welcome Service representative for its in-person Welcome Service department in Minneapolis. The role welcomes and assists patients, families, visitors, vendors, and staff; provides information in person and by phone; processes visitors; supports wayfinding, parking vouchers, PPE and COVID screening, lobby emergency responses, and coordination with hospital departments. The position requires broad availability for daytime and every-other-weekend shifts, strong customer service and communication skills, computer proficiency, and at least a high school diploma plus one year of office/customer service experience or an approved business/technical school program with six months of relevant experience.
