Description
Welcome Services Representative at Hennepin Healthcare provides in-person and phone-based customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff at the Minneapolis downtown campus. The role focuses on greeting and assisting people entering the medical center, managing visitor processing and COVID/PPE screening, coordinating with other hospital departments, using systems like EPIC and Microsoft Office, and supporting emergency/lobby response and wayfinding. It is a regular staff position with 0.70 FTE, day/evening and every-other-weekend shifts, and is located on-site in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
