Description
The Welcomist Intern will welcome and support clients in a Hermès retail environment, build relationships, manage queues through a dedicated app, assist Sales Associates with appointments and customer visits, and coordinate with Operations Teams for online, after-sales, and reservation orders. The role requires fluency in Italian and English, proficiency with Excel and IT tools, a bachelor’s degree preferably in linguistics or fashion/luxury, and willingness to work full-time for six months. The internship offers an indicative gross monthly salary of €1,000 and a €10 meal voucher per working day.
