Description
The Welcomist is a temporary, full-time customer-experience role in a Hermès retail environment. The position greets and builds relationships with clients, manages queues, supports sales colleagues with complex returns and reservations, coordinates appointments and store events, and oversees external suppliers and food and beverage supplies. The role requires Italian and English fluency, a bachelor’s degree preferably in linguistics or fashion/luxury, prior experience in a similar luxury or hospitality setting, and proficiency with Excel and IT tools. The contract offers an indicative starting gross annual salary of €27,000, an annual incentive plan, and a €10 meal voucher per working day.
