Description
The Welcomist is a customer-experience role in a Hermès store that welcomes clients, builds relationships, manages queues, supports sales colleagues with returns and reservations, coordinates appointments and store events, and oversees external suppliers and food and beverage supplies. The position is a full-time fixed-term contract lasting two months, with an indicative starting gross annual salary of €27,000, eligibility for an annual incentive plan, and a €10 meal voucher per working day.
